The Costa Group at Vanguard Properties is proud to announce the opening of our tenth Bay Area office and fourth San Francisco office located at 1801 Fillmore Street.
With an emphasis on the corridor from San Francisco to Marin county and further north to Wine Country, both Vanguard Properties and The Costa Group’s clientele is a unique mix of Millennials, tech workers, new and growing families, second home or pied-a-terre purchasers in addition to the thousands of homeowners making a move within their own or neighboring counties.
The cross pollination of the four offices in San Francisco and two in Marin County—as well as four other Vanguard locations in Sonoma County—brings us to a total of ten locations. It is possible that other offices will launch in the future, further expanding our accessibility to clientele in our service area.
